             If you are here because you want lead a fit life, and want to feel like you are always ready for whatever life may throw your way, with the added benefit of remaining agile throughout your lifetime. You have found your place. Mobility is key as we age and this blog promotes my theory on being forever fit. But before we dive into that, let’s talk about the concept of leading a fit life.

A fit life is one where the balance between tech, work, and family demands are managed by prioritizing a fitness first perspective (because you can’t help save someone if you can’t save yourself first). The focus is on getting your daily workout in quick and checking it off the list, essentially building momentum. This  page is based on a no days off philosophy on fitness. Momentum is the driving force here. This blog page will take you to your next level of fitness. Expect the blog posts to be short, and concise to battle the constant demands of everything else pulling on your attention.

This blog is dedicated to fitness talk, but mostly created to assemble a community where fitness, accountability, and creating motivation is the main driver.
